Exploration is the search for minerals through geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, remote sensing, drilling, computer modelling by which minerals would be discovered and quantified, which would be brought to utolity through mining .The whole process is a big activity of wealth creation. People get employment during this process especially in rural areas. Lot of machinery would be used in mining where direct and indirect employment in mining and beneficiation process through plants establishment, ore/finished product transport through port/road construction and vaue added final product making.so it’s huge activity generates huge wealth generates huge employment. Eg: The earlier iron ore boom has created huge employment in mines, transport, ports, ships, steel making industry which supported infra structure development and ultimately construction industry. This has generated huge employment.
